Starbucks leases 1,600 s/f at Artimus Construction's SOHA 118 in Harlem
According to the developers of SOHA 118 condominium, Starbucks Corp. has signed a 15-year lease to open its third Harlem location, a 1,600 s/f store in the building's retail space at the corner of 118th and 8th Ave.
"Starbucks has recognized SOHA as an exciting, emerging neighborhood in Harlem," said Yoav Haron of Artimus Construction, SOHA 118's developer. "Residents will benefit by walking only steps away from their door to get a latte. We couldn't be more pleased."
There were no brokers in the deal.
Starbucks joins a Chase Bank and Marcel Dry Cleaner which also lease ground floor retail space in the 15-story, 93-unit condominium designed by GF55 Architects.
