SRS handles two leases for Miller's Ale House
SRS Real Estate Partners completed two new leases on behalf of Miller's Ale House.
The first transaction is a ground lease located on 1.5 acres off of the Pennsylvania Tpke. The second transaction is 9,200 s/f located at the Bergen Towne Center in Paramus, N.J.
SRS and Foremark Ltd. represented the tenant in both transactions.
Miller's Ale House is a 60 store restaurant chain headquartered in Jupiter, Florida. The company specializes in great food at affordable prices.
