Speed Commercial and Stonemar Properties arrange 3,000 s/f lease for AAA
The American Automobile Association (AAA) has leased 3,000 s/f for a new membership office at North Regency Square Shopping Center. Speed Commercial Real Estate, together with Stonemar Properties, brokered the transaction for the seven year lease valued at nearly $400,000.
The new lease combines what had been two retail spaces and provides for a new HVAC installation, a new storefront, and an upgraded electrical system, according to Jonathan Gould, CEO of Stonemar. The lease terms offer two options to extend the lease for an additional five years.
