Queens, NY Ariel Property Advisors has facilitated the sale of 143-48 41st Ave., a large multifamily building in Flushing. The six-story property sold for $14.175 million.

The 53-unit elevatored building, which spans 56,000 s/f, is located on the south side of 41st Ave., between Parsons Blvd. and Bowne St.
