Solimine of Signature Partners brokers five leases totaling 23,619 s/f

Signature Partners, LLC has completed five lease negotiations for client Wells Fargo, totaling 23,619 s/f. Robert Solimine of Signature negotiated the leases for all of the spaces. The deals include: * 532 Broadhollow Rd.: A 6,010 s/f commercial space between T. Weiss Realty and Wells Fargo. * 585 Stewart Ave., 6th floor: A 7,015 s/f commercial lease a renewal and expansion for Wells Fargo. Joe LoPresti of Concord Real Estate represented the landlord, DRD Realty. * 651 Willowbrook Rd., Staten Island: A commercial office lease of 3,534 s/f on the second floor of a 30,000 s/f office building owned by Frank Mor Realty. * 2350 Merrick Rd., Bellmore: A 3,060 commercial s/f lease between JJB Enterprises and Wells Fargo. The initial 1,560 s/f lease, brokered in Nov. 2009 was followed by an additional requirement of 1,500 s/f in Dec. 2009. * 42 Hill St., Southampton: A lease between Wells Fargo and Hill Street Mews for the 4,000 commercial s/f located on the partial ground floor.
