Smith and Petrie of CresaPartners rep. tenant in 5,250 s/f lease expansion

Collective Media, LLC has taken an additional 5,250 s/f at 254 West 31st St., bringing its total space to 10,000 s/f, according to CresaPartners. The term is for two years. The firm, which occupies space on the 12th floor, has been a tenant in the building since 2004. "Collective Media has been steadily growing and recently acquired another firm, so it definitely needed more room," said Michael Smith, senior VP of CresaPartners. Jack Petrie, senior VP of CresaPartners, said, "New York is an excellent place for technology startups, like Collective Media, to find their footing, and we have helped many of them locate spaces that fit their business models and culture." Smith and Petrie represented the tenant. Ron Zimmerman of Newmark Knight Frank represented the building owner, Brause Realty.
