Small of McBride reps. tenant in 15,400 s/f lease

According to McBride Corporate Real Estate, Inc., Hennington, Durham & Richardson Architecture & Engineering, P.C. (HDR) has leased 15,400 s/f at 404 Airport Executive Park. This is a relocation of their Nyack field and lab facility. The new location will allow HDR to perform the same type of activities as conducted from the Nyack facility with the added benefit of being on one floor.The facility will be used for offices, lab space, storage of field measuring equipment, and a shop area. Airport Executive Park provides greater efficiency, higher ceilings, and more parking than their former space. Its proximity to the NYS Thruway was an added bonus. Maryann Small of McBride represented Hennington, Durham & Richardson and Steven Yassky of Rockland Realty, Inc. represented Airport Executive Park LLC (the landlord).
