Slote of NAI Platform reps Holbrook Lumber in long-term lease; Ahl and Muth represent landlord, Galesi Group

NAI Platform has negotiated the long-term lease of Building 11 in the Northeastern Industrial Park in Guilderland Center. The building is 67,500 s/f of warehouse space in Galesi's Industrial Park. Daniel Slote of NAI Platform's industrial team represented the tenant, Holbrook Lumber. David Ahl and Shannon Muth represented the landlord, Galesi Group. Holbrook operated from its Fuller Rd. location for over 37 years. Founded in 1911, Holbrook Lumber Company is a wholesale distributor of high quality lumber & building materials to independent retail lumberyards throughout the northeast. www.Holbrooklumber.com Based in Albany, NY, Holbrook operates a sales center along with a pressure treating manufacturing plant and warehouse distribution center. They also distribute truckload quantities of dimensional lumber from their New London, CT port operation. Holbrook Lumber prides itself in servicing customers throughout New England, New York and New Jersey. This location was chosen by the tenant because of its proximity to their Capital Region clients, active rail service from 3 providers, on site management and a space that was suitable to be operated in, without the need for heat.
