SL Green signs 30,000 s/f with Haworth at 125 Park Ave.

Manhattan, NY Haworth, Inc. has signed a 10-year lease renewal covering 30,365 s/f covering the entire second floor at SL Green Realty Corp.’s 125 Park Ave. Haworth is a premier manufacturer of office furniture manufacturer of high-end, ergonomic office seating and workspaces.

“We are proud to extend our valued relationship with Haworth at 125 Park Ave.,” said Steven Durels, executive vice president, director of leasing and real property at SL Green. “The building’s proximity to Grand Central Terminal and our new lobby and elevator cab renovation have helped maintain 99% occupancy.”

Haworth was represented by Ethan Silverstein and Amy Zhen of Cushman & Wakefield. SL Green was represented in-house.
