SL Green signs 29,915 s/f lease with Nayya Health at 215 Park Ave. South
Manhattan, NY SL Green Realty Corp. said that Nayya Health has signed a 29,915 s/f lease at 215 Park Ave. South. The new five-year lease covers 17,255 s/f on the entire fourth floor and 12,660 s/f on the partial 18th floor. The building is now 92% leased.
“We’re excited to welcome Nayya Health, Inc. to 215 Park Ave. South,” said Steven Durels, executive vice president and director of leasing and real property at SL Green. “This lease reaffirms the recent increase in tenant demand within the midtown south market.”
215 Park Ave. South is a 20-story, 338,636 s/f office tower. The building’s location near Union Square and Gramercy Park, combined with its architecture, offers a blend of character and contemporary amenities. Other notable tenants include Industrious NYC, Stellar Health Group, Rakuten USA, and Global Strategies Group.
The tenant was represented by Tim Freyberg of CBRE, and the landlord was represented by Howard Tenenbaum and Gary Rosen of SL Green.
