SL Green Realty leases 21,640 s/f to BlueCrest Capital at 450 Park Ave.
Manhattan, NY According to SL Green Realty Corp., BlueCrest Capital Management, a leading British-American hedge fund, has signed a new 15-year, 21,640 s/f lease covering the entire 30th and 31st floors at 450 Park Ave.
“We are proud to welcome BlueCrest Capital Management,” said Steven Durels, SL Green’s executive vice president, director of leasing and real property. “450 Park Ave. is the ideal address for high-profile firms seeking a combination of high-quality work environment, prestigious location and exciting amenities.”
Rising 33 floors, 450 Park Ave. is located at the intersection of 57th St. and Park Ave. Aston Martin opened its inaugural Manhattan showroom on the ground floor level. Building upgrades are underway which include a new lobby and tenant-only spa-quality fitness center.
BlueCrest Capital Management was represented by Daniel Posy and Joe Messina of JLL, and the landlord was represented by Paul Amrich, Neil King, Alexander D’Amario and Maxwell Tarter of CBRE.
