SL Green arranges 47,763 s/f lease expansion at 919 Third Avenue; Gottlieb and Laginestra of CBRE rep Bloomingdales
SL Green Realty Corp. (SLG) revealed that Bloomingdales has expanded its office space at 919 Third Ave. by signing a 10-year lease covering 47,763 s/f on the entire sixth floor of the 47-story building, located only four blocks south of its flagship store. Bloomingdales now occupies a total of 204,442 s/f in the 1.5 million s/f building.
"We've enjoyed a long term relationship with Bloomindales and were delighted to accommodate their growth at 919 Third Ave.," said Steven Durels, executive vice president and director of leasing and real property at SLG.
Debevoise & Plimpton and Schulte Roth & Zabel are among the office tenants who are joined at the building with the historic PJ Clarke's Restaurant.
Scott Gottlieb and Michael Laginestra from CBRE represented Bloomingdales while SLG acted on behalf of itself.
