Manhattan, NY According to GFP Real Estate, LLC, SKIP of New York, a non-profit whose mission is to help New York’s most chronically ill and developmentally disabled children and young adults access the services they need to live at home instead of in hospitals and institutions, has signed a 10-year lease for 27,000 s/f, the entire fifth and sixth floors, at 318 West 39th St.

Matthew Mandell, senior managing director of GFP Real Estate, represented the landlord, GFP Real Estate in the transaction; Sam Stein, vice president of The Kaufman Organization, represented the tenant, SKIP of New York.
