Simone of Concourse Realty sells four Bronx properties for $33.775 million

Bronx, NY Concourse Realty’s broker and owner, David Simone arranged the sale of four properties in three separate transactions.

1. 1351 Jerome Ave., and 1342 Inwood Ave., sold for $20 million on March 1, 2023

1351 Jerome Avenue - Bronx, NY

• 1342 Inwood Ave. is a 56,000 s/f warehouse zoned R8A and allows for 158,624 s/f of residential space or 143,202 s/f of community facility space.

• 1351 Jerome Ave., zoned R8A/C2-4 is 14,800 s/f and allows for 106,759 s/f of residential space as well as retail, commercial and community facility space.

2. 21 East Clarke Place sold for $12.4 million on January 25, 2023. A 21,500 s/f warehouse, zoned R8A and allows for the construction of 155,000 s/f of residential space or 140,000 s/f of community facility space. The buyer was represented by Nathan Horne of Compass.

3. 1288 Southern Blvd. sold for $1.375 million on January 26, 2023. The 4,900 s/f development site is zoned R7-1/C2-4 allowing for 20,000 s/f of residential development as well as retail development.
