Simone Development celebrates tree lighting at Boyce Thompson Center with Yonkers city officials

Yonkers, NY Simone Development Companies recently joined with mayor Mike Spano and other city officials for a tree lighting ceremony at the Boyce Thompson Center. 

The Pearls Hawthorne School Choir sang carols at the December 5th event held at the 85,000 s/f mixed-use center. 

Tenants at the Boyce Thompson Center include St. John’s Riverside Hospital, WESTMED Medical Group, Tompkins Mahopac Bank, PLUSHBLOW Salon, Ultimate Spectacle, ColumbiaDoctors, Riverside Dental Health, Westchester Gastroenterology, Juvanni Med Spa, Family Wellness Pharmacy and two restaurants – Fortina and The Taco Project. Coming soon are Starbucks Coffee and a new Japanese sushi restaurant.
