Simon of Admiral Real Estate Services represents Level Fitness in 22,000 s/f lease

Yorktown Heights, NY According to Admiral Real Estate Services Corp., Level Fitness will be opening a new location in the Staples Plaza on Rte. 202.   

With 22,000 s/f, Level Fitness will have three separate studios and three different levels of membership.  The club expects to open its doors this month.

Joan Simon of Admiral Real Estate Service represented the tenant in this lease. The landlord was represented by Linda Lacey, senior vice president & director of leasing, and Jeremy Schwartz, senior leasing representative, both of Urstadt Biddle Properties Inc.

In addition to fitness equipment and a full line of free weights, Level Fitness will offer personal training, small group classes, cycling, and unlimited guest privileges.    

Current tenants at Staples Plaza include shadow anchor BJ’s, Party City, A.C. Moore, Pet Supplies Plus, Staples, Dr. Express Urgent Care, Subway and Dunkin Donuts.
