Simari joins Holm & O’Hara as partner in firm’s real estate practice

New York, NY Anthony Simari, esq., joins Holm & O’Hara LLP as the firms newest partner in the firm’s real estate practice. 

Simari has represented clients in acquisition, development and financing of retail and financial properties. In recent years, his focus has shifted to large-scale deals, often involving an array of financing, including permanent and bridge loans, mezzanine financing and construction mortgages. In each of the last five years, Simari has closed transactions for properties collectively valued at more than $200 million.

Simari holds a JD from Brooklyn Law School, a BA with honors from Boston University and is a member of the NYS Bar Association. 

Simari is also a board member of Groundwork Hudson Valley, a non-profit organization creating sustainable change in urban neighborhoods to promote youth leadership, and economic opportunity. On September 26, 2018,  he is being honored for his contributions.

Simari’s depth of experience with development deals and financing will provide a valuable resource for Holm & O’Hara clients and adds another dimension to the firm’s already robust real estate practice.
