Silver of Treeline renews 33,133 s/f lease for law firm

According to The Treeline Companies, Berkman, Henoch, Peterson & Peddy signed a long-term renewal for their 33,133 s/f offices at Treeline's 100 Garden City Plaza. The legal practice that is counsel to the business and financial communities will continue to occupy a portion of the second and entire third floors of the class A office property. Kraig Silver, senior VP of The Treeline Companies, represented the owner. The CBRE team of Philip Heilpern, Richard Karson and Martin Lomazow negotiated the transaction on behalf of Berkman, Henoch, Peterson & Peddy. "We are extremely pleased that Berkman, Henoch, Peterson & Peddy have chosen to renew their lease at 100 Garden City Plaza," said Silver. "After evaluating their long-term office space needs, this top legal firm decided to renew their lease early at our property because of the hands-on management and responsiveness that The Treeline Companies provides for our tenants." Located adjacent Roosevelt Field Mall, 100 Garden City Plaza is a five-story, class A office property. The131,000 s/f building was built in1969 and renovated in 2001. Other tenants in the building include Visiting Nurses of LI, Rosenberg Calica and Birney, and Norcatec, a defense contractor. Established in 1985, The Treeline Companies is a premier, full-service real estate ownership and investment firm based in Garden City. Although Treeline's roots are in Long Island, its branches extend throughout the five boroughs of New York City and the greater New York metropolitan area.
