Silver of Newmark Knight Frank reps Marvel in 60,000 s/f sublease; Alexander and Mansfield of CBRE reps sublessor
Marvel Entertainment, LLC, has signed a nine-year sublease for 60,000 s/f at 135 W. 50th St., located between Avenue of the Americas and Seventh Ave. Newmark Knight Frank executive managing director Robert Silver represented Marvel Entertainment. Robert Alexander and Christopher Mansfield of CB Richard Ellis represented the sublessor, Alliance Bernstein, in the UBS-owned building.
"Marvel Entertainment's current lease at 417 Fifth Ave. was expiring within the year and this was a great opportunity to house its headquarters offices on one floor," said Silver. "The space is in complete move-in condition and Marvel will take occupancy October 1."
