Shragaei of GFI secures $1.95 million sale of 255 Himrod St.

GFI Realty Services, Inc. arranged the sale of 255 Himrod St., a vacant fully renovated three-story walk up apartment building located in the Bushwick section of Brooklyn for $1.95 million or $325k per unit. This multi-family property consists of six apartments. The property was constructed in 1931. Daniel Shragaei, an associate director of GFI Realty Services, represented both the buyer and seller. The buyer and seller are both local investors. "It was a sensitive deal with complicated terms that required a discerning investor," Shragaei said. "Our first call was to a buyer who delivered a signed contract with a hard deposit to the seller's office within 24 hours." The property is located in close proximity to Myrtle Avenue, a major commercial corridor, and a few blocks from the L train.
