Sholom & Zuckerbrot renews 13,000 s/f lease

Through Sholom & Zuckerbrot Realty (S&Z), Kaufman Astoria Studio Lighting (K/A/S Lighting) has renewed its lease at 36-45 37th St., continuing its long-term commitment to the 13,000 s/f of industrial space (plus 10,000 s/f of land). S&Z represented both K/A/S Lighting and the building's owner, Verta Industries LLC.
