Sholom & Zuckerbrot Realty welcomes Deutsch as a leasing and sales associate

Queens, NY Sholom & Zuckerbrot Realty LLC (S&Z) has named Michael Eric Deutsch a leasing and sales associate.

Deutsch is a former vice president of sales and marketing for Linear Lighting Corp., a manufacturer of lighting fixtures, supplies and accessories, where he was employed for 27 years.

“In addition to his extensive sales and marketing experience, Michael is intimately acquainted with industrial and retail property in western Queens, and with the area’s dynamic tenant mix,” according to the partners at S&Z. “His insights and expertise will make an important contribution to our firm’s expanding operations.”

At Linear Lighting, Deutsch’s responsibilities included managing a network of 65 sales agencies that carried the company’s product lines. He worked closely with architects and lighting designers to optimize product appeal, participated in new business and product strategy, and managed customer relations. In addition, he oversaw the firm’s banking relationships and helped structure loan and credit facilities.

Deutsch is a graduate of American University in Washington, D.C., with a degree in political science.
