Shkury of Ariel receives City & State CSR Award

New York, NY Shimon Shkury, president and founder of Ariel Property Advisors, has been awarded City & State’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Award in Real Estate & Construction.

Shkury and his fellow honorees were presented with the award on May 31 at a special breakfast ceremony at New York Law School. The event, which attracted over 200 attendees, featured a panel of some of the city’s most influential industry leaders. Shkury was selected following a public nomination process via City & State’s website. 

City & State is a multi-media news organization dedicated to coverage of New York’s federal, state, and local government, political and advocacy news. 

“We’re pleased to award Shimon Shkury a CSR award for sharing the success of Ariel Property Advisors with many community organizations,” said Tom Allon, president of City & State NY. 

City & State CSR awards showcase outstanding accomplishments of leading New York corporations and executives who successfully promote one or more of the core principles of corporate social responsibility: charity, diversity. environment & sustainability, equity, ethics, privacy, sourcing, transparency, volunteerism and community engagement. 

Executive vice president at Ariel Property Advisors, Ivan Petrovic, accepted the award on Shkury’s behalf as he was unable to attend due to the Jewish holiday. 

Ariel Property Advisors is a commercial real estate services and advisory company located in New York City. The company covers all major commercial asset types throughout the NY metropolitan area, while maintaining a very sharp focus on multifamily, mixed-use and development properties. Ariel’s Research Division produces a variety of market reports that are referenced throughout the industry.
