Sherman of Manhattes Group negotiates $18.85 million sale of 23,064 s/f Brooklyn office building

Brooklyn, NY The Manhattes Group closed the sale of 134-136 Broadway, a 23,064 s/f corner six-story office building in Williamsburg. The property was acquired by Caspi Development and Mactaggart Family & Partners LP. Michael Sherman of The Manhattes Group was the broker on the transaction. The property sold for $18.85 million.

The purchasers intend to turn the property into a boutique office building for high tech and creative office tenants. 134-136 Broadway LLC, led by David Ekstein was the seller.

Caspi Development has had success with other tech focused office buildings at 135 and 161 Bowery and 79 Walker Street in Manhattan.
