Sheldrick of Largo Group of Cos. secures $18.3 million in financing

Colonie, NY Brian Sheldrick, managing director of The Largo Group of Cos., secured $18.3 million in financing for a neighborhood retail shopping center located at 1770 Village Square and a portfolio of four light industrial buildings all situated within the Albany-Schenectady-Troy area. The projects are well-occupied and well-tenanted by a mix of national, regional and local tenants.

Sheldrick arranged separate 10-year, non-recourse, permanent first mortgages with a 25-year amortization through two of Largo’s correspondent life insurance companies.
