Seiler and Li of CBRE lease 12,979 s/f

CB Richard Ellis arranged a 10-year, 12,979 s/f lease at 600 Third Ave. on behalf of investment firm 3G Capital Management.  The tenant will occupy the entire 37th floor once the installation is complete.  L&L Holding Co. is the landlord.
