Searles of CBRE | Syracuse brokers $275,000 sale and 52,000 s/f industrial building sale
Rick Searles of CBRE | Syracuse, exclusively brokered the $275,000 sale of 1017 Conklin Ave. The seller, JMT Logistics, an automated materials handling company, sold the 8,200 s/f commercial building to Bridgewater Baptist Church. This is one of four locations for the church, two of which are in New York's Southern Tier and two are in Northern Pennsylvania.
Searles also represented JMT Logistics as the buyer in the purchase of 336 Court St., a 52,000 s/f industrial building in Binghamton. JMT Logistics moved its operations in an expansion from 1017 Conklin Rd.
