Scotto and Leary of CPEX represent seller in $250,000 warehouse sale
CPEX Real Estate has arranged the sale of 24A 4th St. Associate director Mark Scotto and managing partner Brian Leary of the N.Y. sales team were the exclusive brokers on behalf of the sellers. The 1,457 s/f warehouse sold for $250,000 to a local property owner who will use the additional space to expand his business.
"The sale marks another transaction in the owner-user segment of the real estate market, which has been showing increased resiliency in the overall economic recovery," said Scotto.
Brooklyn, NY Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of 733 Dekalb Ave., a fully free-market multifamily and retail property in the Bed-Stuy neighborhood. The asset sold for $2.8 million.
