SCOR U.S. Corp., a leading global reinsurance company, has signed a ten-year extension for its 70,000 s/f of offices at Jack Resnick & Sons' One Seaport Plaza. The company, which occupies the entire 20th and 21st floors in the 35-story office tower, still had two years remaining on its original lease. The building is 100% leased.
