Schorr of Realty Insight Group redevelops gas station, sells for $4.888 million

N Bellmore, NY Neil Schorr of Realty Insight Group handled the sale of 2663 Jerusalem Ave. The sale price was $4.888 million.

Schorr was the seller and represented himself. The broker was Harmanak Singh of R New York Realty who represented the purchaser entity KPK RE, LLC.

Schorr bought the two property assemblage in December 2020 for $1.9 million. The original occupants were Xtra Gas Station and ET Custom Millwork. Schorr combined the properties and built a 2,580 s/f 7Eleven with four gas pumps.

7Eleven designed and built their store, and Gemstar served as the construction manager. Jimmy Bruck and Michael McAteer from Gemstar handled the entire project from plans, permits and approvals through opening the doors for business.
