Schindler of Cassidy Turley represents tenant in 11,865 s/f lease

According to Cassidy Turley, Reliance Globalcom Services Inc. has signed a lease at 600 Third Ave. for 11,865 s/f. Previously, Reliance Globalcom subleased the space on the 7th floor of 600 Third Ave. and remained in the space after the sublease ended through a direct deal with the landlord. They will now occupy 11,865 s/f on the entire 7th floor of the building. "After a thorough evaluation of the marketplace, 600 Third Ave. proved to be the best building to suit all their needs," said Tim Kucha, ViP at Cassidy Turley. "We were pleased to have assisted them in transitioning from a sublease to a direct lease at 600 Third Avenue to continue to house their sales offices." Jonathan Schindler, senior managing director at Cassidy Turley represented the tenant. The owner of the building L + L Holdings was represented by themselves. Cassidy Turley also represented Reliance Globalcom in a deal in Pennsylvania with additional deals pending in Chicago and San Francisco.
