Brian Scharf, a director at Arbor Commercial Funding, LLC, has originated 10 loans totaling $27.73 million under the Fannie Mae DUS Loan and Fannie Mae DUS Small Loan product lines across the Pacific Northwest, Alabama and Colorado including: * Pacific Northwest: Cascade Meadow Apartments, a 200-unit complex that received $11.775 million; Four Seasons Apartments, SeaTac, Wash., a 61-unit complex that received $2.49 million; Glenn Apartments, Portland, a 23-unit complex that received $2.313 million; Carriage Estates, Wilsonville, a 37-unit complex that received $1.992 million; Sunview Apartments, Seattle, Wash., a 37-unit complex that received $1.693 million; Inverness Apartments, Portland, a 12-unit complex that received $837,700; and Regis Arms Apartments, Hillsboro, a 20-unit complex that received $800,000. * Alabama: Edgewood Villas, Mobile, a 103-unit complex that received $1.53 million; and The Birches Apartments, Scottsboro, an 88-unit complex that received $1.3 million. * Colorado: Park Athmar Apartments, Denver, a 84-unit complex that received $3 million.
