Savills appoints Liebersohn as CEO of brokerage operations

Manhattan, NY Savills has appointed Mitti Liebersohn as CEO of brokerage operations for the tri-state region. The move comes as the firm continues its expansion across North America, with a focus on elevating leadership and deepening market strength in key regions.

An industry veteran, Liebersohn brings experience, leadership, and a track record of fostering collaboration across teams.

In this new role, he will work alongside David Goldstein, president of the tri-state region, to oversee financial performance, attract and retain top talent, and align operational strategy with the firm’s long-term goals.

“Our momentum in North America is undeniable, and the tri-state region remains core to that success,” said Janet Woods, president of Savills North America. “Mitti’s appointment reflects our confidence in the market and our investment in the leadership that drives growth, innovation, and connectivity across the firm. In addition to overseeing brokerage operations, Liebersohnwill play a key role in strengthening cross-market collaboration and supporting new business development efforts across offices.

He has overseen the leasing of millions of square feet, representing billions of dollars in transaction value, and he has represented numerous Fortune 500 companies, global institutions, and major property owners. His appointment marks another step forward in Savills’ commitment to building a high-performing, people-first culture that supports growth at every level.
