Digital Plus Group, a full-service graphic and reproduction house, has leased a 8,500 s/f space at 411 Third Ave, in the neighborhood of Gowanus. Maria Sartori-Spencer, of Ideal Properties Group LLC, handled the negotiations. With two offices and 34 agents specializing in residential rental and commercial leasing, Ideal Properties Group is Brownstone Brooklyn's rental and leasing real estate broker. Digital Plus Group's Gowanus location joins the firm's existing Manhattan showroom. Regarded by advertising agencies, museums, and consumer products companies as an exceptional digital retouching source, Digital Plus Group's expertise includes digital transparency production, color management services, and digital image management.
