Saidian of Capital Property Partners exclusively brokers sale of Bronx mixed-use property – $2.45 million

Bronx, NY Capital Property Partners has completed the sale of a 12,586 s/f mixed-use corner property located at 769 Melrose Ave. in the Melrose neighborhood. 

Michael Saidian, associate broker of Capital Property Partners, was the exclusive agent handling the sale–representing the buyer and the seller. 

The property consists of 12 residential units and two commercial units. Eight of the 12 apartments were delivered vacant and one of the commercial units was delivered vacant, making it a unique opportunity for an investor to increase value. 

The property traded for $2.45 million to a private local investor.
