Walgreens Pharmacy - Wappingers Falls, NYWappingers Falls, NY Marcus & Millichap completed the sale of a 12,995 s/f Walgreens pharmacy. The $10.127 million sales price equates to $779 per s/f.

Sabharwal, with Zachary Weiss and Richard Dorfman, both also in the firm’s Manhattan office, represented the seller, a S. California-based owner. The buyer is based in New York.
The build-to-suit property is located in the Patriots Park Retail Center at the intersection of Rte. 9, Albany Post Rd., and Main St.
