S&Z named exclusive agent for 36,000 s/f industrial property
Sholom & Zuckerbrot Realty LLC (S&Z) has been named exclusive agent for a 36,000 s/f industrial property in the Long Island City section of the borough, according to S&Z chairman Sanford Zuckerbrot.
The two-story building, at 47-55 37th Ave., has 18-ft. ceilings on each floor, an interior tailboard loading dock, and a sprinkler system. The property is close to Queens Blvd., the Long Island Expressway and the 7 train.
Bob Weinstein, director of industrial brokerage at S&Z is the exclusive marketing agent.
