Ferrer Realty recently completed the sale of 17-22 Whitestone Expry. in an off market transaction to Energy Brands division of Coca Cola for $7.2 million.
Richard Rynar, commercial director of Ferrer Real Estate handled the sale for the seller, Lehigh Hospitality LLC.
Energy Brands more commonly known as Glaceau, maker of Vitamin Water, is housed at 17-20 Whitestone Expry. The property consists of a two story building totaling 17,000 s/f and a lot area of 56,000 s/f.
It is expected that Energy Brands will do a total rehab of the existing structure and add two additional floors with an additional 17,000 s/f. Coca Cola was represented by GVA Williams.
