Rutt named director of real estate recruitment at 52X Consulting

Manhattan, NY 52X Consulting has appointed Terry Rutt as director of real estate recruitment. In this newly created role, Rutt will further the company’s presence in the commercial real estate sector, leveraging his experience in talent acquisition and executive search.

Rutt has over 12 years of experience in recruitment across various industries, including real estate, engineering, and finance.

In his previous work, at Rockwood Search Associates, he launched their real estate search verticals and led teams.

“We are thrilled to welcome Terry to our team. His proven ability to develop strategic recruitment plans and deep understanding of the real estate industry make him the ideal candidate to lead our real estate recruitment division,” said Ruben Cano, founder and president of 52X Consulting. “Terry will join our director of construction services, Sadaf Sattarzadeh, to offer comprehensive service to our continually expanding client roster in the real estate development sector.
