Rudin completes headquarters expansion
with Davis & Gilbert

Manhattan, NY According to Rudin, Davis & Gilbert LLP is growing its headquarters at 1675 Bdwy., a 35-story, 800,000 s/f office tower in Midtown.

Davis & Gilbert has occupied 86,102 s/f across the building’s 31^st through 34^th floors and a portion of the 35^th floor since 2019. The new, 13-year lease, which adds 12,022 s/f on the 35^th floor, runs coterminous with the existing footprint, bringing the firm’s total building presence to 98,124 s/f.

Built in 1989 by Jack and Lewis Rudin and designed by Fox and Fowle Architects, the postmodernist style, granite office building at 1675 Bdwy. has views of Times Sq., the Hudson River, Central Park and the midtown skyline. Situated at the corner of Bdwy. and West 52^nd St., the building was constructed using the air rights over the adjacent Broadway Theatre. The tower features an Italian marble-clad lobby with vaulted ceilings, column-free floor plates that can accommodate up to 10 corner offices and a 60-car parking garage. The property is Wired Certified Platinum, recognizing its best-in-class internet infrastructure and connectivity, and is located near the 7^th Ave. B/D/E and the 57^th St. N/Q/R/W subways.
