Time Equities, Inc. (TEI) has brokered two leases totaling 2,960 s/f:
* A two-year, 2,180 s/f sublease for E.E. Cruz & Co., Inc. at 40 Rector St. Michael Rudder and Michael Heller of TEI represented the sub-landlord.
* A five-year, 780 s/f lease for Sogecos Spa at 55 Fifth Ave. Rudder and Heller of TEI represented the landlord while Omar Sozkesen of Prime Manhattan Realty represented the tenant.
