Rotter of Metro Realty handles two lease expansions totaling 45,000 s/f
David Rotter of Metro Realty Services, Inc. has brokered two new industrial expansions totaling 45,000 s/f.
Premier Care Industries, a leading producer of women's hygiene products, has expanded from 12,000 s/f at 1 Mahan St., West Babylon to 25,000 s/f at 100 Oser Ave., Hauppauge.
Signa Aerospace Metals Inc., a distributor of aerospace material has left 10,000 s/f at 110 Plant Ave. to 20,000 s/f at 365 Oser Ave.
