According to Rosewood Realty Group, Michael Guttman has joined the firm's commercial investments sales team as an associate.
Guttman brings with him more than 10 years of related industry experience and contacts.
Prior to joining the firm Guttman was vice president at Sutton Alliance, a national title insurance and 1031 exchange provider where he served multiple roles including business development, management, training, and sales. As operations manager he was responsible for daily operations while cultivating relationships nationwide, including Fortune 100 senior corporate banking executives, developers and attorneys. His clients have closed in excess of $300 million in commercial/residential transactions over the past year.
Guttman has a bachelor's degree in marketing management from Touro College in NYC.
