Rosewood Realty Grp. brokers sale of 56-unit Brooklyn apartment bldg.
Rosewood Realty Group has brokered the sale of 645 Ocean Ave. for $6.05 million. The sale of the 56-unit recently renovated apartment building represents 11 times the current rent roll, according to Aaron Jungreis, founder of Rosewood. Jungreis represented both the buyer, First Point Partners, and the seller in the transaction.
"This low rent building has great upside potential in this emerging area of Brooklyn," said Jungreis.
