Rosenblum joins Cresa as senior vice president

Manhattan, NY Howard Rosenblum has joined Cresa as senior vice president of the New York office. A 13-year veteran of the industry, Rosenblum specializes in tenant representation and has advised such prominent clients as Biz 2 Credit, Bonobos, JWE Inc., Northwest Group, ODA Architects, Selerity, Reunited Clothing and Vanguard Construction.

Prior to joining Cresa, Rosenblum served as senior managing director at MHP Real Estate Services and before that was with the Kaufman Org. He is a member of the ALS Hope Foundation, the Fashion Service Network, REBNY and BOMA. Rosenblum earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Long Island University and holds a Business Administration degree from CW Post.
