Rosenblatt of Grubb & Ellis represents tenant in 25,000 s/f lease
Grubb & Ellis Company recently represented the Jacob Perlow Hospice in the signing of a lease at 39 Broadway.
Jacob Perlow Hospice is a division of Continuum Health Partners, which operates five hospitals in the city, including Beth Israel Medical Center.
Represented by Grubb & Ellis executive managing director, Jeffrey Rosenblatt, Jacob Perlow Hospice will occupy the entire 2nd floor and part of the fifth floor, for a total of 25,000 s/f. The ten-year lease is valued at $10 million with increases.
The newly leased space will be used for Jacob Perlow Hospice executive offices. Move-in will take place in the late spring. 39 Broadway is owned by the Lawrence Group.
