New York, NY Jake Rosen has joined Katz & Associates as an associate.

Rosen represents 15,000 s/f in exclusive listings across NYC Metro and in Roslyn Heights, Long Island. He has worked with: ReloRedac, SW Management, R.A. Cohen Management, Milbrook Properties, 141 East Third St. owners, and MCA, Parkway Partners LLC, The Tehrani Family, Corigin Management, Silvercup Studios, and Granite Management.

Rosen’s leasing experience spans a diverse range of tenants, such as European Wax Center, AER, Ready Golf Course, UpDog Studios, Car2Sell, Scarpa Motors, Ravagh Persian Grill, Gosht, Locanut, Burgerhead, Emperor Dumpling, Café by the Girls, Marathon Coffee, Perfect Dental Care Pediatric Group, J. Charles Fitness, Pisillo Italian Panini, The Bark Shoppe Group, and New York Institute of Pet Grooming.

Known for his outgoing personality and strong communication skills, Rosen thrives on building relationships with landlords, tenants, and colleagues. He’s passionate about helping businesses grow and takes pride in contributing to the vibrancy of the retail landscape. Rosen shares: “I enjoy being able to walk on the street, make real-time connections, and find opportunities to help clients expand their business.”

Prior to joining Katz & Associates, Rosen served as director of brokerage services at MD Squared Property Group LLC where he leveraged valuable experience from his previous roles at RIPCO, Compass, Winick Realty Group, and Eastern Consolidated to transform MD Squared into a full-service real estate company.

Rosen earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Tampa.
