New York, NY According to The Durst Organization, Volt Information Sciences, Inc. has a signed 10-year lease for 14,686 s/f on the 15th floor of 1133 Avenue of the Americas.
“We are thrilled Volt Information Sciences will be coming to 1133 Avenue of the Americas,” said Jonathan (Jody) Durst, president of The Durst Organization. “Volt will moving their offices just a few blocks north of their current offices on Avenue of the America but will now enjoy the magnificent views of Bryant Park that 1133 offers its tenants.
