Rochester BOMA to hold its 11th Annual Real Estate Review on September 10
Rochester BOMA will hold its 11th Annual Local Commercial Real Estate Review on September 10 at Mario's Via Abruzzi. BOMA Rochester will be celebrating their 11th anniversary at this event. Speakers will bring attendees up-to-date on the challenges and the highlights of the local economy and the commercial real estate market. Registration begins at 11 a.m. with lunch at 11:30 a.m. The program will run from 12 - 2 p.m.
The speakers will include the following:
* Local Economy: Kent Gardner, PhD, president and chief economist of the Center for Governmental Research.
* Central Business District Office Market: Heidi Zimmer-Meyer, president of Rochester Downtown Development Corp.
*Â Suburban Office Market: Angelo Nole, executive VP of CB Richard Ellis.
The event is free to Rochester BOMA members. Guest are $35 payable with reservation.
