Robert Martin Company finishes 2024 with early 500,000 s/f of new or renewed leases

Elmsford, NY With construction of two, new flex-industrial buildings (combining for over 71,000 s/f) well underway at its nearby Mid-Westchester Executive Park (MWEP) in Hawthorne, Robert Martin Company (RMC), finished 2024 strong with a combination of nearly 500,000 s/f of new or renewed leases. 

The depth and breadth of industry categories reflected in RMC’s tenant base are reflective of the region’s economic and population diversity. Lease activity included: Emigrant Bank (renewal/7 Westchester Plaza, Elmsford/34,600 s/f); Publishers Circulation Fulfillment (renewal/300 Executive Blvd., Elmsford, NY/24,112 s/f), a major Northeast-based print media delivery service; Los Niños Services (new/15 Skyline Dr., Hawthorne/22,500 s/f), an agency serving the developmental needs of young children and their families in the NYC region; quantum computing research and development leader, Hypres (renewal/175 Clearbrook Rd., Elmsford/19,000 s/f); Northeast-based bakery and café chain, Tatte Holdings (new/400 Executive Blvd., Elmsford/18,000 s/f); electrical equipment supplier, Precision Switchboard (renewal/5 Skyline Dr., Hawthorne/19,000 s/f); and WestCOP, a not-for-profit, multi-purpose social services organization (renewal/2 Westchester Plaza, Elmsford/13,312 s/f); and consumer and commercial air care product developer, Scent2Market (renewal/1 Odell Plaza, Yonkers, NY/11,500 s/f), among many others.

Reflecting on 2024, RMC CEO Tim Jones emphasized, “The robust leasing activity we witnessed this past year, particularly the high volume of tenant renewals and the diverse range of businesses choosing to anchor their operations in our regional market, underscores the enduring vitality of Robert Martin Company’s flex-industrial park properties throughout Westchester County.” Jones further noted, “With 14 and 16 Skyline now under construction, early interest from prospective tenants provides a very encouraging outlook for the year ahead.” Construction on 14 (34,738 s/f) and 16 (36,360 s/f) Skyline Drive is expected to be completed in late Q2/early Q3 of 2025.
